The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CareerDiary and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

CareerDiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
